Cize is the new program from Shaun T that comes out in July! It is advertised as being the END to exercise. Get it?! Cize! It uses dance as your exercise. Shaun T breaks it down for you so that you can shake your groove thang while working up a sweat.
I had the opportunity to try it in April at my local Super Saturday. Within the first 5 minutes, I KNEW I wanted to get certified as an instructor! No lie! I LOVE to dance! It is seriously SO MUCH fun! It brought back memories of when I was a dancer as a child. I still have it too! HA HA! Anyway, I was so excited about the release of this program because there are a great number of people who just aren’t into conventional exercise. This could be their answer! I’ve now had the opportunity to try Cize again through Beachbody on demand and I can not say enough how much fun this is to do. You really don’t feel like you are exercising at all!
Shaun T breaks the moves down one by one. The tougher moves he repeats multiple times so you can get the hang of it. The premise is that there is a gradual build up of moves. You learn a new move and build it on the end. You start at the top and run through a few times before learning another move to add on! I think even the choreography challenged will still be able to get this down. You know the best part? You get to do this in the privacy of your own home with no one else watching.
